First and foremost, let us state that ALL POSTER SALES ARE FINAL!

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE MY ORDER TO SHIP?

Exclusive poster releases will take one to four weeks to ship via the United States Postal Service 1st Class or Priority shipping. Standard poster orders generally ship within thirty days through the same service. If you have not received shipping confirmation within three weeks or fear that your shipment has been lost, please contact us at GalerieForders@gmail.com

HOW DO YOU ANNOUNCE YOUR EXCLUSIVE RELEASES?

Releases are announced on Facebook and Twitter two hours before the item goes live on the Galerie F webstore. Newsletters are sent out the Friday before the Monday release. We do not commission secondary print runs on exclusive releases.

MY PACKAGE HAS BEEN LOST IN THE POST. WHAT CAN WE DO?

If the print is still in stock we will send you a replacement free of charge as soon as the item is declared missing. If the print is sold out or out of stock, we will submit a lost package claim through the shipping service prior to issuing a refund to your account.

MY PRINT IS DAMAGED OR MISPRINTED. CAN I RECEIVE A REFUND?

If you feel your print is not up to code, let us know. If the print is still in stock we would be happy to issue an exchange. Refunds can be discussed on a case-by-case basis. All refunds are subject to a 20% reshelving fee. We will not issue refunds or order cancellations on any other grounds - all poster sales are final.

CAN I HAVE NUMBER 6 OF 175?

We will not entertain edition number requests for online orders.

WHAT ARE YOU STORE HOURS?

We are open Tuesday through Sunday from 11am to 6pm, with opening receptions on occasional Friday evenings from 6pm to 10pm.
